Posting
Sharing items.
- How do I post a listing?
- Tap +Post in the bottom nav. Photo, title, category, pickup window — done in 20 seconds.
- Can I edit a listing?
- Yes, from 'My listings' tap the listing then 'Edit'.
- How do allergens work?
- Tick all that apply (nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs). They show prominently on the listing.
Collecting
Picking up an item.
- How do I request?
- Tap 'Request' on a listing and send a friendly intro message.
- What if the lister doesn't reply?
- Listings auto-expire after 48 hours of inactivity and re-open.
- Can I cancel a pickup?
- Yes, from the chat — please give as much notice as possible.
Account
Account & safety.
- How do I block someone?
- Tap their profile, then 'Block'. They can no longer message or see your listings.
- How do I delete my account?
- Profile → Settings → Delete account. Permanent and instant.
- Is my phone number visible?
- No, it's hidden by default. Phone-verified members get a blue tick badge.
Partners
For businesses.
- How do I become a partner?
- Visit the Partners page and apply — we onboard within 5 days.
- Is the partner dashboard free?
- Free for your first location, then optional paid plans for multi-location chains.
Heroes
Dash Heroes.
- How do I sign up?
- Apply on the Dash Heroes page — 5 minute form, 48 hour response.
- Can I pick my hours?
- Yes — weekly or daily slots, choose what suits you.
