Methodology
How we count, transparently.
Every rescued kg of food is converted to CO₂e and water saved using the WRAP UK / FAO 2024 dataset, weighted by category (bread, dairy, produce, etc.). Listings are verified by rating events on both sides — only confirmed pickups count.
